I hold a Bachelor of Music from York University and have been teaching for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I have taught both private lessons and full classroom music programs in private schools. I am passionate about helping students succeed and have developed a proven teaching approach that motivates students to learn, practice consistently, and achieve meaningful results. I’m Carlos, an experienced, fun, and versatile musician passionate about teaching multiple instruments. I’ve been playing the guitar, uke, bass and drums since I was 8 years old and have completed my Royal Conservatory of Music grade 5 in Piano. I have completed both my Performing Arts Fundamental Diploma and Music Industry Arts and Performance Diploma from Centennial College in Toronto. I have been teaching since 2023 and recognize that everyone experiences music in a unique way, which is why I believe there’s always a way for each person to connect with music on a personal level.
