In lessons, we focus on building confidence, proper technique, and fostering a love of music through storytelling and play. Through teaching music in pop, jazz, rock, and classical styles, I love creating lessons that connect music to students interests. I’ve been performing since 2016, and have played with many orchestras, operas, and bands across the United States and Canada. I work with students on their unique musical goals, whether it's live performance, improvisation, composition, or technical ability. I have developed proven practice methods to ensure students experience observable improvements, which in turn, increases their motivation to further pursue music. I believe every student can improve and meet their goals, regardless of age or level of playing. I have been performing since 2018 and have played in Jazz combos, solo Jazz guitar, accompanied musical theatre performances, and played my original compositions with my fusion band.  Also, I have worked as a guitarist, composer, and band leader for my indie/alt rock band.  When I am not teaching or performing, I enjoy skateboarding, kickboxing, and practising photography and videography. I strive for improvement in these hobbies the same way I do in music.
