I played on a drum set for the first time in 2009, and that's when I knew I wanted to be a drummer! I had my first lesson that year and have been learning percussion ever since. I perform in metal/rock shows, and I'm eager to share what I know. Anybody can drum, so it's my goal and pleasure to help others find their passion for percussion! I trained for 5 years with a private instructor studying Brazilian and jazz and continued my music education in the regional arts instrumental program at St Elizabeth Catholic Highschool in Thornhill. I studied theory, classical percussion, and performance. I'd often participate in competitions and perform with other art schools in the USA and Canada. Some other bands I played for include jazz, R&B, rock, and theatre pit band for the drama arts department.
