I've been a musician for over 30 years focusing mainly on the guitar. My musical education includes guitar lessons as a teen, later accepted into the music program for guitar at Vanier College and years later, completed the Audio Recording Technology program at the same institution which included Music Theory and Production.  I've played in many bands for many years playing different styles ranging from rock, to middle eastern, to classical and many more. Also, I've composed soundtracks for several short films. \n\nThe way I approach teaching is by finding out what kind of music my student is interested in and introducing them to guitar techniques by associating songs that they recognize as well as introducing other styles of music that they might not. The most important thing when learning an instrument is practice, fifteen minutes a day can make all the difference.
