My musical journey began at age nine at the State School of Music in Baja California Sur, Mexico. I continued my professional studies at Academia de M&uacute;sica Fermatta (Berklee College of Music Mexico City Campus), followed by a scholarship at Berklee College of Music. I&rsquo;ve been a professional touring drummer and guitarist since 2002, and I&rsquo;ve loved every moment of exploring and sharing the world through music. I have been teaching since 2009, and an open-minded, fun, practical, and realistic approach characterises my teaching philosophy.&nbsp;My goal is to inspire students to fall in love with music and encourage them to continue exploring by showcasing the numerous possibilities that exist in the musical world. Currently, I perform and record as a session musician, while continuing to tour and play with local acts. She regularly performs in recitals, festivals, competitions, masterclasses, and events throughout Ontario. Jada&rsquo;s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that strong musicianship begins with a deep understanding of technique and theory, which then supports freedom of artistic expression. She emphasizes healthy vocal production, musical literacy, and stylistic awareness while guiding students to develop confidence, independence, and individuality in their singing. Her approach is highly personalized&mdash;she adapts her teaching to each student&rsquo;s goals, learning style, and pace, whether they are preparing for exams, auditions, or performing for personal growth. She aims to create a structured yet encouraging environment where students feel both challenged and supported, with a strong focus on building long-term skills.
