He has attained First Class Honours in the Royal Conservatory of Music Grade 10 Piano as well as RCM ARCT in Clarinet. His involvement and passion have inspired him to pursue a degree in Music Education at the University of Toronto. During this time, he honed his skills and understanding of music greatly learning various instruments and styles. He came back to Vancouver after graduating and has taught privately and in studios since. During this time, two of his students have obtained a First Class Honours with Distinction in Grade 1 and Grade 7 piano.
