My philosophy is to provide a laid-back, adaptable, and student-centred approach to music education, which tailors lessons to meet students where they are (in terms of their song, artist, and genre interests, their goals, their skill level, etc.). Ultimately, my primary goal as an instructor is to get you to fall in love with your instrument—and with music, more broadly! Recently, I have self-released a couple of instrumental projects under the monikers "Man's Best Friend" and "Aurora Ouroboros". Along the way, I discovered a deep love for teaching. My goal is to pass on my knowledge and my passion to my students. I want them to be able to learn but still have fun and gain confidence within themselves in the process.
