Hi, I’m Michael! I’m a Royal Conservatory of Music Grade 8 pianist and have been playing since 2010. I have extensive experience tutoring and training students, and I excel at breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps. I believe music should be enjoyable, and that students achieve the most success when they build a positive relationship with both their instrument and music as a whole. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters that connection. In my teaching, I focus on creating individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style, so they can grow in a way that feels both engaging and meaningful. He worked at Sony recording studios in NYC on the MTV Unplugged stage and as an assistant recording engineer. Jeff won the Socan award for his 1st orchestral work “AWAKEN” during this time as well.
