I have led and/or supported music groups, both youth and adult, in a variety of capacities for 30 years, including actively leading worship at my church each week with a contemporary worship band. As a mother, I bring a lot of patience to every skill-building activity, fostering both growth and a love for music while embracing our mistakes with a smile as part of the learning process. I’m happy to tailor our lessons to include music and activities that excite you. I believe that many people possess natural musical talent, but I’m here to help you shape and cultivate your talent, while building your confidence and encouraging you along the way. Jada’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that strong musicianship begins with a deep understanding of technique and theory, which then supports freedom of artistic expression. She emphasizes healthy vocal production, musical literacy, and stylistic awareness while guiding students to develop confidence, independence, and individuality in their singing. Her approach is highly personalized—she adapts her teaching to each student’s goals, learning style, and pace, whether they are preparing for exams, auditions, or performing for personal growth. She aims to create a structured yet encouraging environment where students feel both challenged and supported, with a strong focus on building long-term skills. On a personal level, Jada is an active performer who continues to balance her own artistic development with teaching, allowing her to bring current, real-world performance experience into the studio. She is deeply passionate about opera and hopes to expand her career internationally while continuing to grow as both an artist and educator.
