Because I also work in songwriting, recording and production, students can go further too, learning how to write, record, build arrangements and shape their own music from a first idea into a finished song. I started out at the Ontario Conservatory of Music, learning piano, and soon after, I couldn&#39;t resist the urge to write my own songs and explore my voice and from there, my journey only grew.&nbsp;I got signed by Sony Music Canada and Sony Music Publishing when I was 18, writing and publishing songs getting over 1M streams and being played on the radio.&nbsp;It&rsquo;s been an exciting ride where I learned everything there is to know about being a musician and vocalist. From writing for other artists, myself and performing on big and small stages across Canada and the U.S.&nbsp;I had the chance to work alongside some incredible people including Grammy winning songwriters, artists and a vocal coach who taught Nelly Furtado who helped me develop into a highly skilled vocalist. Along the way, I discovered a deep love for teaching. After 4+ years of teaching at various schools in the GTA, I&#39;ve found nothing beats the joy of seeing my students grow as vocalist, artists and individuals. My goal is to pass on my knowledge and my passion to my students. I want them to be able to learn but still have fun and gain confidence within themselves in the process.
