<p>Hi, my name is Chad! I hold a Certificate in Classical Guitar Performance from Cambrian College, and I’ve performed on guitar, bass, and vocals with Sonic Democracy (Timmins High’s rock band). I’ve been performing since 2006 and teaching since 2026. My teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong musical foundation while keeping lessons engaging and tailored to each student. I believe that every student learns differently, so I create individualised lesson plans and adapt my approach based on their goals, interests, and learning styles. Whether a student wants to focus on technique, performance, songwriting, or simply playing for enjoyment, I design the curriculum to support their personal musical journey. In my lessons, I integrate music theory alongside playing, as I believe understanding the “why” behind the music leads to deeper confidence, creativity, and long-term growth as a musician. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel encouraged to challenge themselves and develop their skills at their own pace. I’m here to help you reach your musical goals! In my free time, when I’m not teaching, I enjoy playing, writing, collecting music, and driving in racing simulators.</p>
