Hi! I'm Coleman! I have been studying music for over 13 years and graduated with a Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) diploma from Milton District High School. I have been fortunate enough to study under multiple incredible teachers and musicians from all ends of the spectrum, which helped me forge a style that allows me to play and teach whatever my students desire to learn! I have been teaching since 2023. My goal is to always adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of the student, with a strong emphasis on keeping the material engaging and ALWAYS fun! I believe we can get our students exactly where they want to be as musicians while keeping them constantly interested in the material! My performance experience dates back to my early teenage years. Since then, I have started my own metal band, which is my passion project and a lifelong goal. We have toured Canada and played over 60 shows since 2023! I have also released two hip-hop/rap projects under my own name and have played over 40 shows as a solo artist! Outside of music and teaching, I am a lifelong gamer and love building computers! My favourite game of all time is Fallout: New Vegas! I am also a collector of all types of physical media (VHS, Vinyl, DVDs, Etc), Pokémon cards, and basically anything I find cool or interesting!
