Hi, I’m Jeremy! I’ve been pursuing music since I was 12, building my skills through both formal lessons and self-directed learning. I believe that practising music is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. I have been teaching since 2023, and in my teaching, I focus on creating individualised lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style, so they can grow in a way that feels both engaging and meaningful. My cross-disciplinary approach to music has led me to a wide range of styles and scenes; you might find me around town fronting a rock band, jumping in on some standards at a jazz club, or plucking my banjo while singing sweet bluegrass harmonies. Whether it's a form of therapy, community, sport, work, or relaxation, music can enrich your life in so many ways when you develop the confidence and skills to use it. Outside of music, I find inspiration in nature, and also work as a certified arborist- a.k.a professional tree climber.
