I’m a guitarist and composer who creates music for film, television and visual media. I’m largely self-taught as a guitarist and composer having developed my skills through years of playing, songwriting and music production. My experience has taught me the value of patience while experimenting and finding different ways to approach learning. I understand how overwhelming it can be to learn an instrument with so much information available online and I bring that perspective into my teaching. I teach guitar fundamentals, chords, scales, technique, rhythm, music theory and songs while tailoring lessons to each student’s goals and interests. My goal is to give students a strong foundation while helping them become confident and independent musicians who enjoy playing and creating.
