Hi, I'm Jack. I have a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music, and an ARCT diploma in piano from the Royal Conservatory of Music. I have been teaching music for over 13 years now, in both Vancouver and Los Angeles. I have a lot of experience with performing, having played piano, violin, and alto sax in recitals and concerts in Vancouver, and also piano and voice performances at Berklee. My philosophy for teaching has always been to try to elevate the student's interest in music while giving them a fully structured lesson plan. Along those lines, if there's any particular song that the student is interested in playing, I can easily write out a sheet music for that song catered to the student's level. I always try to help the students have fun during lessons, so they can grow to love music more and have more of a drive to learn and explore music throughout their lives.
